Notes

Use Thomas Faucett Maris Otter for base malt. Quantities of malt have been adjusted to lower the OG. Crystal 40 has been replaced by Crystal 60. Hop profile has been adjusted to include a FWH addition instead of a 60 min boil addition. 15 min and 5 min Cascade additions have been reduced to stay within style IBUs.
