Taste Notes

5/16/13 - bottling - a touch too bitter, but pleasant nose and nice hop profile. Increased sweetness would make this better.

Notes

5/3/13 - last runnings SG was high. Possibly due to sparge not done at 168 F. 5/8/13 - SG = 1.015. Great color, perfect bitterness, very hazy. Fermentation not complete, maybe yeast still needs to settle. Dry hopping. 5/16/13 - very hazy. a little darker than planned.
