PUMPKIN PORTER
Pumpkin Porter is dark chestnut brown in color. Made with pureed pumpkin in the mash, along with light chocolate, Munich, and caramel malts, roasted wheat, oats, and locally malted barley. Cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger are added to the whirlpool and maple
syrup is added during fermentation. Blended with a light hopping of Northern Brewer, this makes a full bodied, rich roasty porter, with flavors that make you want to eat turkey and watch football or build a bonfire.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
