Notes
Batch four and beer five of my tour of the Seven Kingdoms (with The Reach ccovered by putting Dorne's Cream Ale through a randall), this one I made because the Vale grows barley, wheat and corn. Putting them together made me think that a wheat beer is obvious, but since I've made several standard wheat beers and a couple of dunkelweissens, I decided to throw a bit of choc wheat in to make it dark but not to the dunkel level.
