Notes
Mash in Temperature hit target at 63/64 degrees. Mash out was slightly less at 62degrees.
Reduced temerature of wort down to 70 degrees and steeped Citra hops for 20mins. No whirlpool.
Fermentation volume ended up at just over 18lts. Yeast Added at 22degrees.
Used Hop Bags throughout.
Final ABV 1.01
Dry hopped in Keg with 30g Chinook flower hops and 15g pellet citra hops
Transferred to Keg on 24.11.2014 - tasted nice. quite a dry finish
