Taste Notes

Almost spot on the original, only detectable difference is a slightly more citrus flavor which is from the use of cascade in place of the centennial. Also slightly more alcoholic due to the high efficiencey I got.

Notes

They use centennial instead of cascade in the commercial version, with the exception of some cascade in the whirlpool. I just had a ton of cascade on hand that i needed to use. Water profile, starting from distilled. Ca-78.9 Mg-11.4 Na-13.5 SO4-198.4 Cl-47.8 HCO3-0
