Taste Notes
Almost spot on the original, only detectable difference is a slightly more citrus flavor which is from the use of cascade in place of the centennial. Also slightly more alcoholic due to the high efficiencey I got.Notes
They use centennial instead of cascade in the commercial version, with the exception of some cascade in the whirlpool. I just had a ton of cascade on hand that i needed to use.
