Notes
Didn't take OG. Naturally cooked w/o a chiller. Recipe is as is, 1 oz citra at 5 minutes. 3726 brewed on 12/13/14
12/30/14 : FG is 1008. Lacking some body but solid. Look for grain to add body for next batch. Transferred to secondary and added dregs of Bam Biere
1/1/15 : boiled 0.8 oz Hungarian oak cubes for 5 minutes. Soaked in grand marnier for 1 hour. Drained and added to beer along with dregs of Arctic saison batch 2
5/4/15 - FG 1.005. Very reminiscent of bam Bière. Vinous tart no nail polish, oaky. Very very good. Added 1 oz of Citra to dryhopThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
