Good Flavor
by avallejosI brewed this recipe a few months ago. I'm not a huge fan of Falconers but I tried it anyway. I thought it came out okay, a little more bitter than I'd like. Overall, this was a decent brew.
Our Favorite
by TriplesThis is our favorite home brewed beer. Big enough. Hoppy Enough. Smooth enough. And interesting. It was a crowd pleaser at our Beer Tasting Christmas Party last year.
P.S. We are hop heads.
