Taste Notes

Recipe of the week 12-5-2001 from Homebrewersassociation.org Pliny The Toddler. Recipe calls for .75 of Warrior 15.5%, I used .5oz of Warrior 16.7% Bumped the Columbus up to 15 minutes only .5oz instead of .75oz, Called for Columbus 11.4%, my variety had only 10.9% alphas. Centennial 8.5%, mine were 8.7% alpha.

Notes

Pitched yeast at 0030hrs and no activity at 0800hrs, shook it and yeast rose to the top and after 30 minutes it started bubbling. Krausen is building and smells great.
