Notes

Did not put in oats until 10 minutes before end of mash. Added another 1 # oats at end (this time crushed), for a total of 2 # oats. OG 1.052 at 150 deg F --> 1.072 2014.01.20 Brix 9.0 --> SG 1.013 w 7.74% ABV Transferred to keg
