Cap mash with All malts.
Add full boil volume to mash tun, allow to mash 30-60m.
Run off.
Assuming at least 1.010 for third runnings before adding cap / grains.
target gravity between 1.030 and 1.040 Boil until we reach 1.035, then add 15m hops.
Serve at 52-55*F.

Timer for 45 m.
Collect boil volume of 8.89 gal
