Taste Notes

11/15. Sample tastes awesome at bottling! This has got to be my best beer to date.

Notes

Most bottled with 1 tsp of unrefined organic cane sugar (like brown sugar). That should add color and taste. Some bottled with 1tsp of org. cane sugar (white or really cream colored). Bottled on 11/15 (3 wks after brew day).
