Notes

Bottled on 4/10 - Yielded 4.75 gallons. Final Gravity was 1.026; off by 1 point. First time using white labs yeast. Too high of a gravity? Maybe I should have done a starter. I also had to crash cool the wort during peak fermentation because it reached 79 degrees. It stopped fermentation for 30 minutes, lost Krausen. Started rapid fermentation back up after 30 minutes. Sat in secondary for 15 days.
