11/3/2012 -Used Imperial Red Ale water profile for 10gal total - Poland Spring Water -mashout @ 168F -collected 4gal first runnings -Utilized Fly Sparging for the first time -added 2oz English Chocolate over top of mash just prior to fly sparge -fly sparged 4gal @ 186F -pre-boil volume = 7.75gal -pre-boil 13.6Plato=1.054 -used Hop Rocket for finishing/aroma hops
