Notes
Started with Ari133's recipee, modified the hops a bit.
Brewed 9/28/2014. Tastes very bitter, not much different than any other IPA. OG 1.072.
Racked on 10/4, fementation done, dry hopped .75oz centenial.
Bottled/kegged on 10/11. 15 12-oz bottles, 2 oz priming sugar, should be like tripple. Rest (1.5 gal) into keg. Tasted the leftovers for the bottles, light, sour, bitter, interesting.
