Notes

Forgot to use my bag in my mashtun. :/ Really / Really cloudy wort. Despite hard boil. Maybe alter whirlpool step. Volume 9inches boiling. 1st runnings 1.067 4.5 inches (small pot) Changes add 20% hops since whole leaf. Hit 158, with hot spots. 6.5inches with chiller. 1.052 post boil 4.75 inches post boil. Post chil. Gathered 2.75g. Aerated for 45 seconds Decanted 1.75l starter of Conan. Starter made with 500ml, then boosted with 1250ml of 1.040 wort. loss 1/4 gal trube.
