Notes

Boil down first runnings from mash to caramelize and then add back into boil with enough water to bring to volume. Took several hours to achieve this, formed a very sweet syrup. Fermented in stone fermenter 10/30/14 - racked to secondary carboy, SG 1.020 12/6/14 - Kegged on 10 PSI. SG 1.020
