Notes
Cooled in a bucket of cold water as the immersion heater died on me..
After 3 days the fermentation stopped I roused the yeast with a stir started working again
temp of fermentation started at around 27 then dropped to 20 then settled on 19 Degrees
Fast fermentaion for two days then it almost stopped, moved to the secondary after about 1 week and dry hoped it. Left it for a week and a half. Fermentaion had al but stopped. Mixed up 50G of dry malt and 500ml of boiled water and bottled.
Colour looks darker than projected
