Taste Notes
Great balance between hops and malt. Lighter than many, but certainly not for the Bud Light drinker. The finish lasts for an eternity...well sort of.Notes
I really dont remember the yeast we used. My thoughts are that this was a lager yeast, as indicated, but it fermented a tad warmer than recommended. No lagering step. Left in pretty cool room. OG FG radings are close to true.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
