Partial Mash from More beer IPAII modified kit (would be too hoppy for me, I changed the magnum hops by cascase/hallertauer). Boil4 gals (burner at 4.5=100C) for 45min. Mashing temp was around 140F, sparge at 1/3 cup/20sec Vol after sparging was 3.5 gals (I added an extra one to be sure to sparge well) Mash agve a 1020 SG OG=1082, as estimated! Start boil at 7:45 8:15 add whirfloc 8:25 add chiller 8:30 add 2oz Goldings 8:35 add 2oz goldings *:36 remove from heat and chill for 15min, let sit 2h and finish chill to 80F Transfer to plastic primary, compete to 5gals and pitch Cooper dry yeat at 11:30pm on saturday oct 16th
