Taste Notes
Wonderful round dark chocolate roastiness, good hop bitterness.Notes
Chocolate and black matls steeped in 4 qts water over night yielding approximately 3 qts juice added at 5 minutes.
Ended up with too much wort after mash causing the longer boil time.
