Taste Notes
Crisp clean IPA worthy of the two great friends it was named after! They think it may have been the best one we have brewed yet.Notes
Started my yeast 4 days prior to brew , pitching yeast culture volume=150ml. Watch out, the high alcohol and alpha acid content might stall carbonation. I used Coopers carbination drops at bottle and it took a longer time to carbonate than I expected. I recomend at least 4 weeks at a cooler temp than 75.0F This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
