Primary Fermentation
Day 1: @ 70F "poppin" away in AM. Turned AC on at 2pm. Checked at 10pm and @ 68F
Day 2: 72F in PM
Day 3: 72F in AM...70F in PM
Day 5-7 temperature has been bouncing around between with cooler on 64-66 and without cooler on 70-72.
Secondary Fermenation: (Racked on Sunday 10/5 (7.5 days primary)
