Some of the biscuit, bread crust flavours coming through. A good dry finish. Notes
2013-12-19: All targets reached. Pitched yeast in wort at 17C.
2013-12-20: Signs of fermentation have started.
2013-12-27: SG: 1.011. Will attemp a D rest.
2013-12-28: SG 1.010
2013-12-30: SG 1.010
2014-01-01: SG 1.009. Racked and brought back to 16C. Will drop temperature 2C per day until lagering temperature reached.
2014-01-08: Lagering at 2C
