Notes
No water adjustment done - straight RO.
Snuck a taste on 12/04/12 - chocolaty, boozy goodness.
Gravity reading of 1.030 seems too high to be final gravity. Roused yeast with autosiphon 12/11/12.
Took gravity reading again 12/13/12, still 1.030. Going to call that final gravity.
This is quite simply my favorite beer I've ever brewed. Every time I try it, it's better than the last.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
