Notes

-Tried to match London water profile with mineral additions - Substituted WY1335 for WY1056 due to lack of availability at LHBS - Added Cascade at 60 minutes; realized the mistake after 5 minutes, and pulled out the hop ball strainer. Added the Magnum in a separate hop ball. Added the cascade at the 15 minute point, then took out after about 5 minutes to minimize the mistake made earlier. Result is a very hoppy aroma now, not at all like the Smuttnose I was trying to clone. :(
