Yes! We had that much grain. We found out that we didn't quite have enough mash tun space for all of the grain so we lowered the grain amount slightly to accommodate it all.
how do you get 21%?
by ddavidachieved the goal? Can you tell me more about fermentation and mashing profile?
I'm trying to do a RIS with 15% or more.
