Taste Notes
First sampling at 5 weeks, tastes very fine indeed. Minimum brew to taste time recommend this 5 weeks.Very well balanced, small amount of hop aroma but mostly a big malty nose. Hope flavour is balanced perfectly with the munich maltiness.
Perfect by 6 weeks. Nice hop flavour. Very balanced bitterness. Ideal red ale base.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
