Taste Notes
A touch thin which was too be expected since I was trying to keep it kind of light. Switched this to nitro and it tastes like a creamy blue moon harvest pumpkin. Will brew again and will definitely try an imperialized version.Notes
next time will change to fresh cut and cooked pumpkin, canned pumpkin created stuck sparges and circulation in rims setup, worst brew day ever!!! wort smells and tastes awesomeThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
