Notes

Centennial used for finishing were fresh whole-cone hops grown in my backyard. Boil off, trub loss and fresh hop absorption were far higher than expected -- ended with only about 3 gallons into fermenter. Pre-boil gravity 1.044; OG 1.054; Final gravity 1.010 -- 5.78% ABV.
