OG = 1.043, came in at about 11 gallons or a bit less...less boil-off than expected. the orange peel was 2/3 sweet and 1/3 'plain orange' peel that was candied and frozen. FG = 1.007. Delightful. Almost Kolsch-like. Coriander and orange peel are very minimal to nonexistent at 5 days in the keg.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
