Mæskning:
1½ time pga problemer med recirkulering, pumpen virkede ikke, manuel recirkulering.

7 liter 1067 herefter gydes, ingen gydning før

tilsætter 500 g muskavado MF=1063 hvilket er ok, skulle ha været 1065
