Inspiration: https://byo.com/stout/item/2184-guinness-foreign-extra-stout-clone Mæskning: 1½ time pga problemer med recirkulering, pumpen virkede ikke, manuel recirkulering. 1 liter 1067 7 liter 1067 herefter gydes, ingen gydning før 11 --- 1053 16 --- 1035 24 --- 1018 26 --- 1048 samlet slut preboil samlet pre boil 1048 under boil MF=1054 tilsætter 500 g muskavado MF=1063 hvilket er ok, skulle ha været 1065 iflg opskrift skal MF nu være 10 højere, altså 1075, altså ringe effektivitet. post boil 1063 incl 500 g muskavado alle tal er refrato uden kompensation
