Added 5 gal strike water Added salts just after mashin Strike water at 154 (from 162 on transfer)...slightly high 17.5 first hansel 2.75 Last balling 14/1.055 og Transferred to secondary on 8/25 8/1.030.....corrected is 1.017 Abv - 5.0%
