Notes

- Heated 20L to 77*c - put 2L in mashtun for 5mins then added 18L @75*c - added graims and took temp 66.7*c - mashed for 60mins them took temp 65.8*c - heated 29L to 76*c - Did 2 batch sparges of 14.5L. ended up with 37L in kettle + 5L dead space - took pre boil reading at 20*c 1.033 - boiled for 70mins - did firsst hop addition at 60mins 25g Amarillo - did second hop addition @ 20mins 26g Amarillo - did whirlfloc addition at 15mins - did third hop addition at flame out 26g Amarillo - cooled to 20*c and took readig 1.040
