Notes

- Boiled water to 76*c 26L - Poured 2l into mashtun to heat and left for 5mins then poured in 16l - Mashed in grains and took temp 65*c - left grains in mashtun for 60 mins then took temp 64.5*c - Heated 32L of water to 76*c while i was waiting - then did 2 batch sparges first was 15L @ 76*c then second was 16L @ 76*c - Total boil volume 36L + 5L ded space at the bottom of Keg Kettle - Took pre boil reading at 26* 1.030 - started boil then did first hops addition at 60 mins Amarillo 10g - Second hops addition @ 30 mins Amarillo 5g & Citra 5g - Third hops addition at 10 mins Galaxy 8g & citra 5g & whirlfloc tab - had a small boil over with 8 mins to go - took post boil reading at 20* 1.040 end of notes ps beer tasted good. i keged it and drank it in 10 days ( god i hope i slow down on the drinking or i will have to get a bigger brew shed.
