7/1/2014 PM - Added 500m starter of 3711 helper yeast and reduced temp to 78F
7/3/2014 AM - Replaced blowoff with airlock
7/5/2014 AM - Set point 25.5C, 77.9F
7/7/2014 - Good fermentation
8/9/2014 - Kegged with 2.5g Prisse de Mousse and 195g Simplicity. Used 2 bottles with 1/2tsp Simplicity and a pinch of yeast.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
