Taste Notes

Hydrometer Sample - Very balanced, good hop flavor.

Notes

-24 Hour Yeast Starter 2 cups Water to 1 Cup Amber DME, yeast was active -Great Crush, no problems with the mash, maintained 152 Temp for all 60 minutes. Did not add Irish Moss due to enjoying some Alpha King -Fermentation - Pitched Yeast - 6:15 8/8/13, Very Active Fermentation by 8:00AM 8/9/13
