Lots of grain in kettle - see how to fix Strained wort Added .50 Citra at 60 Added 2.00 lbs of DME at 60 Gravity Measurement - 2/20 - 1.009 Gravity Measurement - 2/22 - 1.007 (adjusted to 67F) Dry hopped 7 days with 2 oz of Citra. Bottled 2/28 - 45 bottles Overall not bad. Great aroma. Very mellow bitterness. Somewhat strong alcoholic taste in first few bottles.
