11.5oz in a 5/6gal batch is overkill. Your IBU/OG is 1.870, bring it closer to 1.1/1. I usually use 2-3oz in the boil and max 1-2.5oz for dry hopping. If you want a complex hop character do something like add .2oz every 5 or 10 minutes for a 60 or 90 boil, 90min recommended for an Imperial IPA. Also, change your style guideline to American Imperial IPA.
