Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give about 76.7% AA for WLP090 (slurry) at 67.0C WLP090 Yeast, 480B cells = 272ml slurry (5 days old) Mr Tasty water Based on the hop split used for AG#161 which was excellent: 40% Amarillo, 27% Simcoe, 33% Mosaic. (Equal dry hops). (Also using up some Cascade subbed for 50% of the Amarillo.)
