Notes
Lote a dividir en dos partes, una con dip hop y otra sin él y con whirlpool. 50% de los lúpulos de whirlpool van como dip hopping en un fermentador, la otra mitad es whirlpool en la mitad del lote.
Todo sale rana. Se mide el ph después del fosfórico y antes del grano, desechamos agua. Rehacemos y volvemos a desechar. Nos damos cuenta del error y volvemos atrás. Ph del macerado 5.56.
Hervido final de 1h15.
Dip hop 40 minutos con agua a temperatura aprox de 70° (aprox)
Whirlpool de 39 min a 74°.
Habrá que ver si es mitad y mitad, 60-40 o 55-45 el reparto del lote.
Fermentar a 19°.
Fermentador 1 dip hop
Fermentador 2 whirlpool
