1. Removed the Carafa II - It won't add anything that isn't added by the roasted barley
2. I'm a little concerned about 4 lbs of flaked grains. But I'm willing to try it.
3. Removed crystal 80 and replaced with 40 (toffee flavors) and 120 (dark fruit/Caramel)
4. Added chocolate rye
5. decreased chocolate to match chocolate rye
6. Replaced light candi syrup with dark for more of the coffee/dark fruit flavor
7. Increased boil time to 90 min (Develop caramel flavor)
8. Added Magnum hops at 90 min
9. Split EKGs in half for both the 60 and 30 min additions
