Notes
-Brewed on June 25, 2025
-Initial mash water volume was 3.25 G
-Mash temperature was 155F-153F for duration of 60 minutes
-Added Mash Infusion water (1.25 G of boiling water) at end of 60 minute mash and brought temperature up to 165F - Let rest for 10 minutes
-Lautering process went well
-Heated "Sparge Water" to 178F and then placed in Hot Liquor Tank (HLT)
-Batch Sparge for 10 minutes at 168F
-Lautering process went well for 2nd Runnings
-Boiled for 60 minutes, then cooled wort to around 95F. Noticed that we had 6.0 G of wort, so decided to continue boil process in order to boil off more wort. Brought temperature back up to boiling, boiled for 15 minutes (added last hop addition for last 10 minutes of boil)
