5/18/14 Brewed: 5/18 Dry hopped: 5/28 On gas: 5/31 On brew day, only performed a 60min Mash. Bertus Ferm cycle... 1 day - 64°F 1 day - 65°F 2 days - 67°F 4 days - 69°F Racked to keg on 5/26, flushed with CO2, back into chamber. Used entire bag of marbles, with dry hop in keg.
