Yeast attenuation set to give about 78% AA for WLP090 (slurry) at 67.0C WLP008 Yeast, ***B cells = ***ml slurry (* days old) Mr Tasty water Based on the hop split used for AG#161 which was excellent: 40% Amarillo, 27% Simcoe, 33% Mosaic. (Equal dry hops).
