Notes

Big Brew 2025 at BBX. Mashed in with all water and grain inside bag in kettle. Added heat a few times to bring back to temp. Pulled bag to remove grain. Boiled as usual. Used Brad plate chiller to chill to 70F. Moved beer in fermenter home and then oxygenated 1 minute at 2.0 and pitched yeast dry from package. Placed in fermentation box over AC vent. About 1/2 inch of cold break in bottom of fermenter.
