Notes

11/30/13: Mashed in at 150.6 F for 50 mins w/5 min recirc. Forgot to add rice hulls. Mash pH 5.2 PB 15 P w/o sugar added. OG 19.2 with sugar added. Added 1/4 tsp Citric acid to sparge liquor. 12/21/13: Kegged at FG on refractometer 9.5 = 1.013 Flavor is sweeter than I'd like. The Mosaic hops really come through to add a brighter fruitiness than the yeast does on its own. May be dinged in comp, but it is a nice beer.
