Notes

Increased hop editions 12/9/08 from .5 oz @ 15 to 1.25 oz and from .5 oz to .75 oz @ 0 min 1/18/14: First time brewing this recipe in 7 years. Mashed in with 3.5 gal of water at 178 F-Grain was COLD today 50 min mash w/10 min recirc. Acidified 11 gal sparge water to 6.1 with 10 ml of 10% phosphoric acid.
