Notes
Mashed in with 5 gallons 179 F water to hit 152.5 F strike temp
Acidified 14 gal 7.4 pH water with 19 ml 10% phosphic acid to 5.4 pH
Collected 14 gal at 11 P Pre-boil
OG 14 P
Pitched 5 gallons with WLP 028 Edinburgh and 5 gallons with S-04
The Edinburgh version was much more hop subdued than the S-04 but altogether an awesome pale ale. Tapped it at a small party and it was gone in 20 minutes.
