Notes
3 gallons of strike water brought to 165° brought 10 lbs of grain to 154°. Let mash rest for 90 minutes. Grains were at 152° at end of mash. Removed grains and let drain into kettle and ended up with 2.0 gallons of wort. Preheated 2.8 gallons of water to 165° for sparge. Collected 2.5 gallons of sparge wort and added to the kettle. Boiled 4.5 gallons for 60 minutes. Cooled and ended with 3.9 to 4 gallons of wort to ferment. Gravity reading OG 1.052??? We forgot to stir the wort before the reading, heavy wort on bottom maybe? This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
